Artificial collection containing various materials documenting Greek letter societies at Union College. Constitutions of secret societies is a 1861 manuscript which documents the constitutions, officers, members, mottos, and select correspondence of Delta Phi, Sigma Phi, Psi Upsilon, Beta Theta Pi, and Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternities. Also includes the Phi Alpha Theta charter.

John L. Bourquin IV papers
This collection consists of the papers of John L. Bourquin IV, alum of the Union College Class of 1945. Bourquin was a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity and studied in the Department of Engineering. His papers consist of photographs, ephemera, and records of his life as a student and alum of Union College. Additional accession added which is comprised of a porcelain ashtry and cup, both depicting the Union College seal and motto, with a golden edging.

Social Distancing and COVID-19 collection
This collection was created in response to the global pandemic known as COVID-19, or Novel Coronovirus, beginning in March, 2020. The Department of Special Collections at Schaffer Library have started this collection as an ongoing effort to collect responses of the Union College community, as well as those local to it, who have been affected by the pandemic in one way or another.
